Professional Development Services (PDS) has a continuing legacy of focusing on services that assist educators to implement best practices that meet the needs of all learners.
We see that the future of professional learning is highly dependent on the ability to connect learning technologies with lifelong learning in the 21st Century. We believe the national standards from Learning Forward offer us the opportunity to direct standards-based adult learning toward key district goals. With many national, state and local initiatives being launched, we are able to assist districts with planning for effective implementation and solid outcomes.
The Professional Development Services team of experienced curriculum- and staff-development specialists is committed to supporting a wide range of professional learning needs and interests through a variety of professional development formats. The very nature of our mission means that, as an agency department, we are constantly changing and updating to put the best of educational research into action.
