The Administrator Aspirant Program is underway! Aspirants from across the CES region attended their first two days of sessions August 16-17, 2021. The group was treated to a presentation on the View of Leadership with CES Executive Director Dr. Charles Dumais.

 

The Aspirant Program exposes interested teachers to the variety of administrator roles and leadership skills of administrators and provides opportunities for participants to meet and dialog with outstanding administrator role models and learn “first-hand” by attending seminars and shadowing administrator practitioners in our region. This year's Administrator Aspirant Program includes 21 participants from eight school districts. Arlene Gottesman, a CES consultant who is facilitating the program, brings a wealth of administrative experience to this role and is eager to share her knowledge and experiences with our aspirants.
