Students take science class aboard schooner
The fifth-graders at Six to Six Magnet School took a ride aboard a schooner operated by SoundWaters for science lessons about Long Island Sound and the creatures that call it home.

Bridgeport police support programs
Bridgeport police visited the CES Special Education facility to present a check to the DLC and PLC programs. The money was raised by the sale of special Autism-themed police patches.
2 new leaders in Special Education at CES
The Special Education division at CES is proud to welcome two new leaders. Dr. LèTanya Lawrence is our new Assistant Director of Special Education and Dr. Jennifer Ki will be Director of Related Services and Special Projects.
RCA students to perform jazz concerts
Music fans are invited to attend live jazz concerts at RCA on May 4 and 5. Students who come to the Trumbull school from all around the region will perform and tickets are $5 at the door.
CES donates to Zoo's Explorers program
CES has contributed $10,000 to Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo that will go toward an Explorers program that provides high school students with opportunities to learn about the diverse, rewarding careers within a zoo setting.

Purchase allows CES to expand, grow
CES has purchased a building at 40 Oakview Drive in Trumbull and will begin moving three Special Educations into the site this summer. The moves allow other programs to consolidate and expand.

Foundation gives awards to TRP pair
