Use the Instructions above with QR Codes. 
Go to the app store on your device (Apple store or Google store), and look up Munis ESS Mobile (Tyler Technologies). Once the app is downloaded scan the QR Code above or type in the CES website URL (https://coopeduservicesct.munisselfservice.com/ess). The username is your first initial and last initial and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
