The 2013 Educators Recruitment Fair has been modified and is for Secondary, Special Education and Special Subject Certification Areas ONLY.

Secondary, Special Education and Special Subject Certification Areas:
8:30 - 3:00, Report to Cafeteria First

** IF you are an elementary educator, please visit CTREAP or individual district websites for openings. Due to lack of openings and specific areas of need, the 2013 Recruitment Fair is not open to elementary educators**

Officials from each of the participating districts, schools and universities will be available all day to meet with various candidates and conduct interviews.

Prospective secondary, special education and special subject certification educators will enjoy a “one-stop-shopping" approach. The recruitment fair opens at 8 A.M. in the cafeteria, followed by an orientation in the auditorium. Displays and interviews will run throughout the day until early afternoon. Pre-registration is not required, but highly recommended.

It is free for candidates to attend. The cafeteria will be serving food and beverages beginning at 8 A.M. All attendees will receive a recruitment packet.

Candidates should bring along sufficient resumes only. Additional documentation is collected electronically by the districts through their on-line web applicant tracking software. Candidates are advised to periodically check the websites of each participating district for complete and up-to-dated information of available positions.
